RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at BigDogs.co.za.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the day that you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, un-assembled and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be all of the original undamaged packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund which will be paid into your nominated bank account by EFT.

WARRANTY POLICY

All of our products are back by the manufacturers warranty. This warranty is detailed on the specific products store page.

TYPICAL SHIPPING INFO

We make use of a number of third party courier services to make sure your goods get to you as speedily as possible.

Typical delivery times are as follows:

Gauteng: Next Day
KZN Coast and PMBG: Next Day
Within 500km from GP: Next Day
EL, PE, George & Cape Town: - 2-3 Days
Rural Areas: 3-4 Days

These delivery estimates are a guide only, but we will always endeavor to get your goods to you sooner. Tracking information will be mailed to you on dispatch.
